Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind regarding your order, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund.

To request a return/refund within 12 hours of placing your order please contact us at info@heavenlyhairandboutique.com or via chat on our website. If your request is accepted, we’ll cancel your order, provide a full refund and not proceed with shipping.

Shipping Policy

Due to high demand, please allow 3-10 business days for payment processing, creation, quality assurance and packaging. Typically, orders are shipped much quicker than the quoted turnaround time.

Shipping speed is to be chosen at checkout and varies on the option you choose. 

Most items will require a signature upon delivery for your protection! Please keep an eye on the expected arrival date of your package and ensure you will be home to receive it. If you or someone else will not be home, you can electronically sign HERE.
